What personal data we collect
Bookings
When you arrange a booking with one of the models available through the Darling Muse agency, your information is collected for security purposes. ALL details are DELETED after completion of the meeting. We do not retain records. Any ID provided by you for verification is DELETED after sighting. We don’t have space for years and years of data. We are too busy to have any interest in someone’s personal life outside of their interactions with us, though of course we wish everyone the very best.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. We do not usually seek out this information, and if it becomes apparent, we never share the information with any third party.
Contact forms
When you send a form to us, your email address and IP address will be shared, including your time zone stamp. We do not save an of this information, nor pay attention to it. We certainly don’t share it with any other third party.
Cookies
We don’t use cookies.

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

Analytics
Our system logs visitor data, including your IP address and ballpark location. These logs are retained within the server if needed, and are deleted after 4 years.
Who we share your data with
We will NEVER, EVER share your data with a third party, except where needed such as charging your credit card or booking your hotel/ restaurant at your request. Your details are securely protected with us, indefinitely.
How long we retain your data
As mentioned, we retain website visitor logs for 4 years. We delete all meeting data at the conclusion of the date. We have no interest in causing anyone any harm or upset, and will never admit to attending to any particular individual. Not because there’s anything wrong with inviting a companion, but to protect your privacy.
What rights you have over your data
You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you, however it would be unnecessary, as we already delete any unneeded information at the end of your meeting. Unless you request we hold information such as your credit card, for future meetings. This disposal of data does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes, however any necessary documentation is encrypted and stored offshore, and is deleted every 7 years.
Your contact information
Literally all your personal details are deleted after your model returns home safely and the meeting is completed.

How we protect your data
We delete all unnecessary and personal information. Any details required to be kept (eg the authorisation codes for your credit card charge) are encrypted and stored for 7 years.
What data breach procedures we have in place
Since we don’t store data online, there is zero chance of any breach. Should a breach ever somehow occur, all data is encrypted and very difficult to access.

Security and privacy are our #1 priorities. We strive to never allow a breach of any kind, and have never had any kind of disclosure to date. Your details are treated with great care, by well trained concierge staff who understand the sensitivity of such information, especially for a high profile individual.
